Probably useless now that big cheese shamans make it virtually impossible to miss from the groove under the hole, but this is still more consistent.
1. Select the ball from the shaman items list.
2. Press spacebar.
3. Place as shown. The bottom of the ball should be right on the shaman's title.
4. Hold click to summon.
