Step 1:

1. Press 8.
2. Press C, then C again.
3. Rotate as shown.
4. Hold click to summon.

Step 2:

1. Press 3.
2. Press spacebar.
3. Place on RIGHT SIDE of the cage. This is important since the left wall will prevent the cage from leaning to the left too much, whereas the tall slanted ground that covers the cheese will block the cage if you put the balloon to the left and the cage then tilts to the right.
4. Hold click to summon.

Step 3:

1. Press 1.
2. Press C.
3. Press spacebar.
4. Place where the balloon and cage overlap.
5. Click to anchor.
